Hennessy VSOP does the job, no fuss. Nothing flashy, but it ticks most of my boxes for a regular pour. Solid for the price if you want something reliable.

Aroma

I get a bit of vanilla and dried fruit right away. There's some oak in there, but it doesn't smack you in the face. Not super bold, just steady.

Taste

Mostly vanilla and dried fruits for me, maybe a bit of apricot if I hunt for it. The oak's present but not too much. Pretty easy going all round.

Finish

Finish is short and tidy. Doesn't hang around long, but no rough bits either.
