Aroma

Honey up front, light oak in background, hint of something floral but doesn't push through strongly.

Taste

More fruit, plum, maybe a soft pear if I look for it. not sweet or syrupy, just clean, with some oak but nothing heavy.

Finish

Short finish, fades on fruit and a bit of dry wood
