A blend of Grande and Petite Champagne, with at least 50% Grande Champagne. Combines the best qualities of both premier crus.
Because a Fine Champagne blend must be at least half Grande Champagne, it inherits real aging potential from its dominant component, while the Petite Champagne portion softens and rounds it out sooner than a pure Grande Champagne bottling would.
