Aged in oak casks and going above and beyond what is generally expected from a classic XO, this cognac is blended from a majority of Grande Champagne and Petite Champagne, fulfilling all the conditions required to be classed as a Fine Champagne.
TASTING NOTES:
Exceptionally floral, with hints of cinnamon, vanilla, honey, iris and cigar on the nose.
On tasting we find great balance with slightly peppery notes, then dried fruits and chocolatewhich confirm that the ageing process has been perfectly controlled.
The finish on the palate is of a rare consistency and preserves the flavor of cinnamon and sweet spices.
