Resulting from a very specific process using 3 successive oak wood rotations, firstly in 350 or 400 litre casks, secondly in vats and finishing in seasoned casks.
This cognac is testimony to the innovative spirit of Maison Bache-Gabrielsen. This third stage doesn’tcontribute any tannins but does allow for micro-oxygenation for a silky cognac that has gained in roundness. Ideas like this are how Bache-Gabrielsen sets itself apart.
