Gautier XO, capturing the harmonious signature of Maison GAUTIER, is a rich blend of old eaux-de-vie that are at least 10 years old. Some of them come from our “Paradise cellar” where the oldest and most precious cognac eaux-de-vie are kept, the oldest used in this blend is 40 years old.
Tasting notes
Generous and smooth in the mouth, Gautier XO offers a splendid and persistent length on the palate, characteristic of old cognacs. Powerful combination of intense aromas of candied fruits, orange blossom and gingerbread with subtle floral notes.

GAUTIER XO is best enjoyed neat and at room temperature.
