A perfect embodiment of the first age of cognacs, VS from Maison GAUTIER is a particularly elegant and generous cognac. It is a blend of eaux-de-vie aged in oak barrels for at least two years, composed of two “terroirs”: Fins Bois and Bons Bois.
Tasting notes
A golden colour. Fruity, fresh and generous with notes of white peach, a hint of vanilla and a mineral touch. Beautiful harmony and roundness on the palate.
