DEAU XO is a blend of eaux-de-vie mainly from Petite Champagne and Fins Bois, aged in our cellars in Limousin oak barrels. Amber to mahogany in color, our cognac reveals aromatic notes of flowers and candied fruits. The nose is fine and elegant. On the palate, woody and floral notes blend seamlessly into a long, harmonious finish.
TASTING NOTES
Rich and balanced, it is best enjoyed neat at room temperature (18 degrees) or with an ice cube.
The nose is fine and elegant, revealing floral notes of jasmine and violet along with candied fruit aromas such as prune and cinnamon. The finish on the palate expresses woody and floral notes that blend together into a long, harmonious close.
