DEAU VS is born from the expert crafting of eaux-de-vie distilled according to the traditional Charentais pot still method. Our VS cognac is made exclusively from eaux-de-vie sourced from the finest crus of the region and slowly aged in our cellars.
TASTING NOTES
The striking characteristic is its aromatic freshness, marked by notes of white wood and vine flowers. The palate offers a smooth, fresh attack with a sweet finish. It is particularly enjoyable as a long drink.
BLEND
Having reached the necessary age, this cognac was blended by our cellar master to create a harmonious union. Freshness, roundness, and liveliness are the hallmarks of our DEAU VS.
WINEMAKER NOTES
Our DEAU VS COLLECTION cognac was awarded the silver medal at French Spirits for Asia in 2013.
