Created in tribute to Louis DEAU, born in 1665, who settled in the Cognac region in the 17th century.
The LOUIS MEMORY cuvée is crafted mainly from very old Grande Champagne eaux-de-vie, exceptionally rich in aroma.
TASTING NOTES
Exceptionally rich in aroma, it reveals subtle notes: dried fruits, honey, cigar box, vanilla, cinnamon.
The palate is rich and generous, with an exceptionally long finish.
It is best enjoyed neat, at room temperature (18 degrees), in a tulip-shaped tasting glass, paired with a fine cigar for those who enjoy one.
