Tasting notes:
Notes of linden flowers, dry flowers and vanilla. On the palate, hints of apricot and prune.
A nice "rancio" is enlightening this very smooth but powerful cognac.
Tasting suggestion:
Both as digestive or with a pear dessert quite chilled, it will amaze you by its generosity, its value and character: a fair reflection of its creator!
Michel Vallet (cocktail)
Pour 4cl of Cognac and 3cl of lemon juice into a glass, add 1.5cl of orgeat syrup and 1cl of triple sec. Fill the glass to the brim with ice cubes. Stir with a spoon and top up with lemonade. Garnish with a lemon zest.
