The nose discloses perfumes of "rancio", indicative feature of a long ageing eau-de-vie. Its smells old leather, vanilla as well as lighter perfumes of blossom (lime), vine flower and spices.
This XO Cognac offers a remarkable length on the palate, its remains a long time after the tasting offering at the same time a softening of the taste. Honey hints appear.
It is a very smooth and elegant Cognac.
Growing areas: 50% Petite Champagne &50% Grande Champagne.
Ageing: 35 years.
Storage:Exclusively in oak casks.
