A smooth and more mature version of Cordon Bleu. Dried apricot, nuts, sweet spice and candied orange all come through nicely, and the long, spicy finish adds a slightly drier oak note at the end. It feels polished and well balanced, just a bit softer and more mellow than the regular Cordon Bleu.
