Jean Fillioux Cognac

Jean Fillioux Cognac is a name that resonates deeply with connoisseurs of fine eaux-de-vie, representing over a century of dedication to craftsmanship and excellence. Founded in 1894, the house has remained in the hands of the Fillioux family for generations, preserving its legacy as an independent producer in the heart of the prestigious Grande Champagne region – the premier cru of Cognac. Nestled within Domaine de La Pouyade, this estate has perfected the art of creating elegant, well-balanced cognacs that embody the richness of the terroir.

From vineyard to bottle, Jean Fillioux Cognac is known for its meticulous selection of Ugni Blanc grapes, traditional distillation methods, and patient aging in French oak barrels. The result is a range of cognacs celebrated for their finesse, floral notes, and long-lasting complexity. Whether it’s their youthful, vibrant expressions or their decades-old, richly matured offerings, each bottle tells a story of tradition, expertise, and passion.

Still family-owned and fully operational, Jean Fillioux continues to craft exceptional cognacs, upholding its reputation as one of the finest small-scale producers in Cognac.
