Domaine F. Gacon Cognac is a family-owned estate with a rich history dating back to 1906. Situated in Les Touches-de-Périgny, France, the 40-hectare vineyard has been passed down through generations, maintaining a steadfast commitment to traditional cognac production methods.
The estate offers a diverse range of cognacs, aged between 5 and 25 years. One notable expression is the F. Gacon XO - Vieille Réserve - Napoléon, an assemblage of cognacs aged between 10 and 20 years. This expression presents a golden hue with orange reflections and boasts rich aromas of herbs, dried fruits like prunes and apricots, and spices. On the palate, it reveals notes of plum, phenol, and chocolate, culminating in a long, persistent finish.
