Domaine de la Chauvillière is a family-owned vineyard located in Sablonceaux, near Royan, within the Bons Bois region of the Cognac area. Spanning 62 hectares, the estate is managed by three generations of the Häuselmann family: Max, Eric, Nathalie, Antoine, Yannick, and Camille.
The estate offers a diverse range of products, including IGP Charentais wines (white, rosé, and red), Pineaux des Charentes, and Cognacs. Their wines are crafted from grape varieties such as Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, and Merlot. The Pineaux des Charentes, both white and rosé, are aged in oak barrels for periods ranging from 3 to over 10 years. The Cognacs, each aged for a minimum of 8 years, are also matured in oak barrels on the property.
