ASSEMBLY
A blend of eaux de vie from numerous cognac crus (Grande Champagne, Petite Champagne, Borderies, Fins Bois and Bons Bois).
THE DRESS
Clear golden color with slight amber tints.
THE NOSE
Light floral notes tending towards yellow flowers (jasmine, honeysuckle...) and black tea at first. Then citrus comes in, with subtle notes of orange peel blending with spicy vanilla.
IN THE MOUTH
Elegant, well-balanced structure revealing delicate notes of white pepper and nutmeg, followed by citrus. A long, round finish tending towards notes of sweet vanilla.
ASSOCIATIONS
