Our range of Pure Organic cognacs includes a VS, a VSOP and an XO, all made from wines produced exclusively by certified organic winegrowers, with no additives.
Pure Organic depends solely on the rigorous selection of oak casks and the meticulous aging of the spirits they contain. The range features locally sourced packaging, with one of the lightest bottles on the market (weight: 550 grams).
THE NOSE
Rosewater, white flowers, vanilla, raw hazelnut and melted oak.
IN THE MOUTH
Black tea, mango, and toasted hazelnut with a smooth oak finish.
ASSOCIATIONS
Pure or on the rocks. Excellent for short-drink cocktails. We like to add a little vermouth and maple syrup for asimple, delicious cocktail.
